Q: How can I contact you?
A: We can be reached via phone, text, email or social media messaging.
Q: How can I pay you?
A: We accept cash, check or Venmo.
Q: Where are you located?
A: For privacy, we will not provide address until after initial communication.
Q: Do I need to make an appointment?
A: Appointments are not necessary but are available upon request. If you are dropping off or picking up order, just give us a heads up. We are open Monday - Friday during regular business hours. Appointments and samples are subject to consultation fees.
Q: I would like to monogram one item. Can I do that?
A: We do not accept single-item orders. We will only accept orders of two items or more.
Q: I need my order ASAP? How soon can you turn around?
A: Most orders can be completed in one week. During holiday seasons, we ask for two weeks turn around. If you need your order within 48-hours of drop off, you will be charged a rush fee. Amount is determined based on project.
Q: Can I get a quote? How much does this cost?
A: Monograms are priced individually based on monogram size, font, and stitches. We will message you when your order is ready to be picked up and we will settle payment then. We accept cash, check, and Venmo.
Gift wrapping (cellophane and bow) is an additional $2/item.
Q: Can I just leave my items at your door?
A: Yes, please! Please bag the items so they stay clean and organized. place them in the wooden basket on the front porch, you can’t miss it.
Q: Can I drop off or pick up any time?
A: Yes, during regular business hours and after initial contact. All clients must notify/contact me to drop off and pick up orders. Guests who arrive without proper notification may be turned away.
Q: Can you ship?
A: Yes, we can! Most orders are picked up and dropped off at our house. However, shipping is available upon request. Shipping price is determined by the USPS or FedEx. All shipping orders are packaged neatly and handled with simple wrapping. We can add a note card with a message for the recipient at the client’s request. All shipping orders will receive an individual tracking number and invoice once shipped.

Q: Where can I find your fonts?
A: All fonts can can be font under the ‘Fonts’ tab on this website. All colors can be found under the ‘More’ tab.
On Instagram, the fonts are located in the center column- so keep scrolling. On Facebook, the fonts are located under the ‘Fonts’ album. The caption is the name of the font. The fonts appear on a white background so you can see how they are stitched and get color examples.
Q: What kinds of things can you monogram?
A: Where to begin… Molly has been monogramming for nearly twenty years, and has been through it all! Our most popular items are towels, linens, bags, blankets, bedding, stockings, backpacks, clothing and of course, ribbons.
Ribbons
Q: Can you monogram a bouquet ribbon for Homecoming/Prom/Canwick?
A: DUH. We offer two monogrammed ribbons in a package. One streamer has the girl’s initials and the other has the event/date like, ‘Prom 2024’. We take the ribbons to select florist in town, free of charge. Or customers can pick them up from my house the week of your event. Likewise, we can ship the ribbons with two weeks notice, for $5 shipping.
Q: What color ribbons do you have?
We have about 25 different ribbon colors and almost 500 thread colors! It is more likely that we match the thread color. We love to add a pop of color, because matchy-matchy is just dated. Our least favorite color ribbon is white because it gets dirty. We have several examples on Facebook/Instagram under the Ribbon Album/Highlight.
